- You need to register an account before placing orders.
2. How could I place my order when quantity of ordered products over ten?
- Please contact customer service staffs if customers would like to order more than ten products. Customer service staffs will provide discounts to you according to numbers of products.
3. May I cancel my order because I place it by mistake?
- In general, orders could be cancelled prior to shipment if all goods are non-personalized products.
4. Is my order successful?
- In general, customers will receive electronic invoices if orders are successful.
5. Have my parcel been shipped?
- You can log in your accounts and look into detail information in “shipment”.
6. Are all products in one same size on the website?
- Products are varied in sizes according to different categories. Please refer to specific pages of goods for more specific information.
7. Do you have offline shop?
- We have no offline shop now, and only online sales are available now.
8. Could I place my order by E-mail?
- Yes, customers shall provide items number, name, E-mail address, contact information and delivery address for customer service staffs. Our customer service staffs will place order and calculated total amount for you.
9. Could I transfer money to you for unavailable PayPay account?
- Sorry, transfer trade is not available now.
10. Is there any discount for group buying?
- Group-buying prices are available for customers who would like to purchase more than ten items. Please contact customer service staffs for more information.
11. Could you pack my parcel in a beautiful outlook?This is a present for another people.
- Please contact customer service staffs if products are presents for another people. We will meet your demands as much as possible.
12. Are products on your website tax-included?
- All products on our website are tax free. Customers shall be liable for all taxes (if any) in the process of transportation.
