Goods could be exchanged in following conditions:
- 1. Receive defected products;
- 2. Products’ size inconsistent with size description on the website;
- 3. Receive incorrect products
Goods could not be exchanged in following conditions:
- 1. More than seven days after delivery;
- 2. Purchase personalized products;
- 3. Receive used goods.
Please keep intact original package and contact customer service staffs if there are some defects on products received. Please return goods to us according to designated address. We will refund customers in five workdays after customers provide courier number of returned goods.
Work Flow of Refund
- 1. Submit refund requests to the third-party payment platform.
- 2. The third-party payment platform submits requests to banks.
- 3. Beneficiary refunds money to paying bank.
- 4. The paying bank refunds money to customers.
It shall be noted that customers will receive refund in 30 days after we refunded generally for not involving our company only.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
